Ragin' Casian Food Truck was inspired by a love for good food, family traditions, and a desire to make people happy. The owners, originally from New Orleans with iconic family restaurant roots and Asian heritage, grew up learning to cook from their families. Their approach is simple: eat good food, cook good food, and share it with others. When asked about their best dish, the answer is always “EVERYTHING.” Ragin' Casian offers a blend of Cajun, Asian, American, Fusion, Mediterranean, Mexican, and more. As they like to say, “It’s all good. Trust us… muhahahaha!”

Meet the Ragin Casian

The owners of Ragin' Casian were once corporate professionals working for the same midsize mortgage company. Seven years ago, both were unexpectedly laid off on the same day when their Texas company was acquired by a Fortune 100 company in California. Sitting together with a beer in hand, they asked each other, “What are we going to do?” A few more beers later, the answer was clear: “Let’s buy a food truck!” And so, Ragin' Casian was born, combining their culinary skills and entrepreneurial spirit into a thriving food truck business.
