G’s Brunch Truck was established in 2014 out of a longing for the owner’s favorite breakfast staples—Taylor Ham and NY Sabrett hot dogs. Hailing from New Jersey, where these are everyday staples found in diners and hot dog trucks, the owner wanted to bring those flavors to Texas. The menu features big breakfast sandwiches on a soft roll with two fried eggs, cheese, seasoned potatoes, onions, peppers, and of course, Taylor Ham! Over time, the truck expanded its offerings to include popular items like Philly Cheesesteaks and the Texas Philly, featuring jalapeños and homemade chipotle mayo, which has become a fan favorite alongside the breakfast sandwiches. G’s Brunch Truck has yet to meet an unhappy customer!
