Meet Michael

Michael Luttinger’s journey to founding Egg Stand is a testament to resilience and reinvention. After spending over 15 years in corporate sales, he rediscovered his passion for food during a transformative trip to Las Vegas, where he saw a simple egg sandwich cart flourishing. Armed with that inspiration and a wealth of life experience, Michael launched Egg Stand in Dallas, blending creativity with a love for quality ingredients. Today, his dedication to serving unique, made-to-order sandwiches has cemented Egg Stand as a go-to destination for egg lovers across the city.
