The Flaming Grill Barbecue features the most comprehensive meat menu of any food truck in the city, offering everything from smoked meats like brisket and pork to grilled chicken, sausage, and burgers, all perfectly seasoned with Brazilian spices and recipes. Offering a wide variety of sides such as southern potato salad, fried onion rings, fried okra, cheese sticks, garlic rice, and vegetarian black beans, BBQ beans, among many others. Our homemade-style desserts are delicious and complement any item on our menu. We serve pecan pie, peach cobbler, and chocolate brownies. Meet Joselio

With over 18 years of gastronomic experience, owner and entrepreneur Joselio Sobrinho has been doing this every day since 2015, as he explores the streets of Dallas, Texas, with his barbecue food truck. Joselio was born in Brazil, where he lived and studied until finishing his second bachelor's degree. At the age of 28, he moved to Dallas in 2004 and opened his first restaurant in 2014. After that, he opened the Flaming Grill Barbecue in 2015, and in 2023, he also opened and manages his first branch in Brazil.
