Meet Wild West Tex Mex

The owner of Wild West Tex Mex is a former "cubicle jockey" who discovered a love for cooking as a teenager, thanks to his mom’s early lessons in the kitchen. After years in corporate America, he decided to leave the office life behind in 2017 and bought a food truck. That bold decision marked the beginning of a new adventure—one where passion for food meets the freedom of the open road.
