Iced Out Philly Water Ice fod truck is owned and operated by Dawone and Tiffany Marshall, a Dallas-Fort Worth husband-and-wife team focused on premium catering and long-term community partnerships. Tiffany leads business development, corporate outreach, and school district relationships, working with PTAs, athletic programs, and event planners across North Texas. Dawone oversees operations, logistics, and technology, ensuring efficient, high-volume service at every event. Together, they built Iced Out to deliver a professional, memorable dessert experience while supporting local schools, youth organizations, and corporate clients throughout DFW.
