Easy Slider’s flavors are influenced by Caroline’s Texas roots and Miley’s obsession with all things Southern. Their priorities are A) serving fresh, top-quality ingredients and B) having a good time doing it. The core menu consists of Certified Angus beef sliders with unique toppings, while additional items are offered frequently in order to showcase seasonal ingredients. Prior to opening Easy Slider, Caroline and Miley both spent several years in the restaurant and events industry. Easy Slider has catered for several major companies including Best Buy, Neiman Marcus, LiveNation, Dallas Mavericks, Cinemark, Restoration Hardware, and Hilton. Easy Slider has grown to include three trucks and a brick-and-mortar restaurant in historic Deep Ellum, Dallas. A location at Harvest Hall in Grapevine, TX will be opening in Fall 2020. In addition to the trucks and restaurants, Caroline and Miley have expanded their mobile catering business with a new concept – Bar Cart Texas.
